New Patient Information
During Your Visit
A comprehensive eye exam includes a thorough evaluation of your vision and eye health. Most patients will have their eyes dilated to allow for a detailed examination of the retina and optic nerve.
We provide sunglasses after dilation. If you are uncomfortable driving afterward, please arrange for someone to drive you home.
What To Bring
A valid photo ID
Your insurance card
Your eyeglasses and/or contact lens information
Please complete your patient paperwork through the patient portal before your visit. If you are unable to complete it in advance, please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to complete the necessary forms in the office.
Appointment Length
Please allow approximately 90 minutes or more for your first visit. Some appointments may take longer depending on the examination and testing needed.
